AI automation

Hand the repetitive work to software.

No robots, no buzzwords, no enterprise price tag. Just small helpers that read, sort, write and file the things you currently do by hand - and pass anything unusual back to you.

In plain words

What is it, really?

An automation is a little workflow that runs on its own: something happens (an email arrives, a form is sent, an invoice lands in a folder), an AI reads it and decides what it is, and the result goes where it should (a reply drafted, a calendar booked, a row in your spreadsheet). You keep using your usual tools. It just does the boring part in between.

  1. 01

    Something happens

An email, a form, a message, a file

  2. 02

    AI does the work

Reads it, understands it, writes or extracts

  3. 03

    It's done

Replied, booked, filed or flagged for you

Honestly

What AI is good at - and what it isn't.

Great for

  • Reading and sorting messages and documents
  • Pulling names, dates and amounts out of files
  • Writing first drafts in a set tone
  • Answering questions from your own information
  • Summarising lots of text into a few lines

Not for

  • Final decisions about money, contracts or people
  • Tasks that are different every single time
  • Replacing a real relationship with your clients
  • Anything you can't explain in a few steps yourself

How it goes

  1. 01

    Brief

You describe the tasks that eat your time. No technical knowledge needed - the brief asks the right questions.

  2. 02

    Pick one

We choose the one task with the clearest payoff, and I estimate the time saved and the running cost up front.

  3. 03

    Build & test

I build it and test it on your real past cases before it touches anything live.

  4. 04

    Run & adjust

It goes live in your existing tools. I watch it, fix what needs fixing and adjust it when your process changes.

Questions people usually ask

Is this for a business my size?

Probably more than you'd think. Even one person saving three hours a week on email gets back about a working month a year.

Where does my data go?

I tell you exactly which services process what before we start, and sensitive steps can stay on infrastructure you control.

What if it gets something wrong?

Anything uncertain goes to a person instead of guessing, and every action is logged so you can see what happened and why.

Do I need new software?

No. It works inside what you already use - your mailbox, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting tool.

What does it cost to run?

Usually a small monthly amount for the services and AI usage. I give you an estimate up front, before you commit to anything.

Show me one task you'd rather never do again.

The automation brief asks about your tools, your routine and where the time goes. From that I'll suggest the automations that would pay off first.

Takes about 10-15 minutes. Your answers are saved as you go.
